As a Sponsor, what should I do if our company makes an acquisition, splits, goes out of business, or adds/removes contracts?

Make sure the appropriate updates are made in HPMS. Then notify the TPA and CMS at tpaoperations@tpadministrator.com and CGDPandmanufacturers@cms.hhs.gov, respectively of the changes.
